Suffer Out Loud is a team of real people, with a real-life understanding of these issues. We’ve lost friends and family, and struggled with our own mental health. We work with purpose and compassion — because we’ve been there ourselves.

Suffer Out Loud was created to save lives. We serve communities all across Montana by connecting individuals to much-needed support and reducing the stigma of mental health issues. But we’re not just here to lower suicide rates — we’re working to ensure that people who are struggling with mental health challenges, can connect with the professionals and communities that help shift the narrative and improve daily life.

Our mission is to provide excellent, affordable reproductive and sexual healthcare and education in a safe, supportive, empowering atmosphere.

You deserve excellent, nonjudgmental, compassionate care that centers around your needs and goals.
Bridgercare is the local nonprofit reproductive and sexual healthcare clinic for south central Montana! We are here for you, and our hope is to make healthcare easy, private, safe, and affordable.

We use a sliding fee scale, which means what you pay is based on income. Whether you have health insurance, Medicaid, or no insurance, you are welcome at Bridgercare. Whatever you or your insurance pays for, that payment or donation will help pay for someone who can’t otherwise afford care.

Dedicated to community well-being by connecting individuals to a network of resources.

Wellness In Action (WIA) was founded in 2005 by residents concerned that not all families had access to education enrichment activities and human services. In the nearly 20 years we have been in operation, our vision has evolved to represent the continuum of behavioral health from prevention, to care, to after-care for all those who live, work, or learn in Big Sky.

WIA currently provides a robust counseling program offering a sliding scale payment system determined by income and household size, scholarship opportunities to attend summer and winter camps, well-being & enrichment opportunities, and a dedicated community health worker to help bridge the gap in human health services.

Wellness In Action is dedicated to community well-being by connecting individuals to network of resources so that those who live and work here may thrive.

The mission of Befrienders is to connect community volunteers to older adults for companionship, support and advocacy.

Due to life transition, physical limitations or other circumstances, seniors may have limited social interaction. Befrienders matches a volunteer and a senior together to spend at least an hour each week doing a variety of activities, such as going out to lunch, playing games or just talking.
Befrienders was established in 1993 and has brought many generations together in a mutually rewarding relationship by honoring the human spirit and providing life-enriching volunteer opportunities. The program is free and open to seniors age 65 and older and volunteers age 18 and older.

Love INC mobilizes local churches to offer a holistic approach to care for people in all areas of life: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.

Rather than coming into people’s lives to just give to their immediate needs, Love INC enters a relationship with those requesting help. We learn about the problems they face and seek to address the underlying causes while providing the material resources they need to get back on their feet.

To meet these needs, Love INC has partnered with over fifty churches in Gallatin County. This effort provides opportunities for volunteers to be the hands and feet of Jesus right at home.

We empower our community to help neighbors reach their full potential.

Greater Impact was founded with a compassionate spirit to serve and uplift others. Even in our earliest stages, we were actively involved in aiding individuals in recovery, addressing car troubles, and resolving housing challenges, all driven by our intrinsic desire to make a difference. As we joined forces with our dedicated community partners, we recognized the immense potential to extend our impact to a wider audience. This realization led to the birth of Greater Impact, enabling us to reach and positively transform the lives of even more individuals in need.

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL) is a book gifting program that mails brand new, free, specially selected, high-quality books to children from birth to their 5th birthday.

Dolly's vision was to foster a love of reading among her home county's preschool children and their families by providing them with the gift of a specially selected book each month. By mailing high quality age appropriate books directly to their homes, she wanted children to be excited about books and to feel the magic that books can create.

Her goal was to ensure that all children had the opportunity to succeed early on in school, regardless of family income.

The program expanded nationwide and then to 4 other countries. 25 years later the program has mailed over 147 million books and currently serves 1.7 million children.
