Dear Parents/Guardians,
We hope you and your family are enjoying a wonderful summer. We are thrilled to announce some exciting and important updates regarding Greater Gallatin United Way’s kidsLINK Afterschool Program that will enhance our services and make the enrollment process easier.

Beginning on August 1st, we will be transitioning away from the previous daily fee structure ($12 per day and $10 for siblings) and moving to a weekly rate.

The rates per day DID NOT change, we are just moving from daily to weekly payment structure.

Unfortunately, staffing shortages are preventing drop-in enrollments. The new weekly rates will allow us to staff our programs better and provide a higher quality experience for our kids.

Full Week Rate: $60 - This rate covers the afterschool program for a full week, Monday through Friday (3:15pm – 5:45pm).

Half Week Rate: $36 - This rate covers the afterschool program for attendance up to three days. (**Days MUST be identified during enrollment)

We will still provide a sibling discount.

Weekly rates will be prorated for short weeks, such as during holidays or breaks.

All payments MUST be made in advance for your child to attend aftercare.
We understand that financial circumstances can vary, and our goal is to ensure that the kidsLINK Afterschool Program remains accessible to all. If you believe you may be eligible for tuition assistance, please reach out to our office for more information and to request an application.
Another change you helped support is that we will no longer utilize the Procare system. We heard from you that you would prefer a more streamlined process.

To improve efficiency, we are introducing a new enrollment platform called Enrollsey.

Starting August 1st, you will be able to access Enrollsey via our Greater Gallatin United Way website (www.greatergallatinunitedway.org) and begin enrolling your child for the upcoming academic year.

All payments and registrations will be completed on this new system.
