As you may know, October 17 is Lights On Afterschool, a nationwide celebration of afterschool programs across the country.  Greater Gallatin United Way kidsLINK Programs will be celebrating throughout the month.  It is also a day of advocacy – to raise our voices to help increase access to high-quality afterschool and summer programs for all students who need them.  Nationwide, an estimated 15 million children and youth do not have access to enriching, quality learning experiences outside of the regular school day.
