Community Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for supporting the external events of Greater Gallatin United Way (GGUW) to generate awareness and support. This position develops high-quality relationships across the region to promote GGUW, our programs, volunteerism, and resources. This role includes general strategic event planning, event set up, breakdown and staffing. Duties may include event support for fundraising campaigns, volunteer matching and promotion, and kidsLINK Afterschool event management. This position requires an organized and competent professional with strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills, comfortable working with people (in person, virtually and on the phone) and able to assist on a variety of functions duties with accuracy and speed. The successful candidate has an ability to analyze and prepare reports from multiple sources of information and has a strong commitment to community impact and equity.

kidsLINK Program Assistant

The Greater Gallatin United Way kidsLINK Program assistant provides support on a needs basis to kidsLINK Afterschool sites, in coordination with the kidsLINK Youth Success Program Manager (YSPM), with implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate educational curriculum, purchasing and providing a nutritious snack, purchasing supplies and enrichment to support student learning beyond the classroom

kidsLINK Afterschool Specialist

The Greater Gallatin United Way kidsLINK Afterschool Program Staff serve in various Belgrade, Bozeman and Gallatin County schools to support the operation of our afterschool programs or substitute for absent staff. With oversight from Greater Gallatin United Way kidsLINK Afterschool Program staff, the school principal, and lead kidsLINK site staff, in this role, you will provide for children’s basic needs, provide an enriching learning environment, help implement program activates and create a safe, compassionate “home- away-from home” during out-of-school hours for youth.
